Notary Public Services

I offer the preparation and notarizing of Health Care Advance Directives.  The preparation of Health Care Surrogate & Living Will Designations can be completed and notarized in my office.

I also prepare the Uniform Donor Form.

I can provide notary services anywhere within the State of Florida. Remember, a notary's job is to witness a signature, so do not sign any document requiring a notary’s signature until you are in front of the notary!
